Embracing Orphans is a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization assisting in the needs of the orphaned, abused, and neglected of Jamaica. This charity works alongside the Child Development Agency of Jamaica, which oversees sixty children's homes, foster care, and adoption.

Embracing Orphans is made up entirely of volunteers interested in using their talents and abilities to improve the lives of the orphaned. Through fund raising, outreach trips, and positive relationships with organizations caring for orphans, Embracing Orphans is changing the quality of life for the children of Jamaica.

The Windsor Girls' Home and Blossom Gardens Child Care Facility have received a variety of assistance from Embracing Orphans. We will continue to focus on these two groups of children. However, Windsor Girls' Home has been closed. Embracing Orphans purchased a property for these girls - The Father's House. This home will receive a large amount of Embracing Orphans resources.
